3-Day Spring Wildflower Trek in the High Atlas
About this tour
For a few weeks each spring the High Atlas bursts into colour – almond blossom first, then wild iris, tulips, poppies and fragrant thyme, set against fresh green barley and the last snow on the peaks.
This trek crosses into the greener, quieter Azzaden Valley at peak bloom, with a guide who names the flowers, birds and trees. Waterfalls run full with snowmelt. 22–26 km over three days, March to May.
