About this tour
With three nights at the Toubkal Refuge, this trek gives you the best possible chance of reaching the top feeling strong. After walking up from Imlil, you spend day two climbing the Ouanakrim twin peaks – a superb acclimatisation day in its own right.
Summit day follows, with plenty of time to enjoy the views before returning to the refuge for a third night. Day four is a relaxed descent to Imlil. We especially recommend this itinerary between November and April.

Itinerary
Day 1Marrakech – Imlil – Toubkal Refuge (5–6 h)
Drive to Imlil, meet the guide and mules, and trek through the valley to the refuge.
Day 2Ouanakrim acclimatisation day
Climb the Ouanakrim twin peaks from the refuge and return for a second night.
Day 3Toubkal summit day
Early start, 3–4 hours to the summit, then 2–3 hours back to the refuge for a third night.
Day 4Refuge – Imlil – Marrakech (4–5 h)
Descend to Imlil and drive back to Marrakech.

- Mules carry the main luggage – keep valuables in your daypack
- Not recommended for travellers with heart problems or serious medical conditions
Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before departure.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure: the deposit is kept as credit valid for 12 months.
- Date changes are free when requested at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- If weather or safety conditions make the tour impossible, we offer a new date or a full refund.
