2-Day Winter Snowshoe Trek in the High Atlas
About this tour
When the snow falls, the High Atlas becomes a silent white world just an hour and a half from Marrakech. Your winter guide fits you with snowshoes or microspikes – no experience needed – and leads you through snowy walnut groves to a pristine ridge.
The night is spent in a heated village guesthouse with a hot tagine. Day two follows a crisp morning ridge before descending to Imlil. 12–15 km with about 700 m of ascent; best December to March.
